AMOA is a 53-hectare development located in Tamiao Compostela, Cebu.Out of this, approximately 12% is dedicated to be open space, set in a backdrop of vast and sweeping vistas. Among its site features are breathtaking ocean and mountain views, rolling terrain, and an idyllic countryside character common to this region of Cebu. The areas that make up this total are the two entrances, the central park, several pocket parks, orchards and the streetscape.

AMOA is envisioned to be the Metro Cebu escape from the city with expansive spaces boasting a wide array of amenities, carefully crafted to celebrate the outdoors by promoting a carefree and healthy lifestyle. The clubhouse is situated on top of a hill that proffers an impressive view of the surrounding landscape and the Cebu Straight. The architecture of the clubhouse, as well as all the houses is Filipino modern. Just like the architecture, the landscape

design is meant to address the local preferences, customs, and culture of the future residents of Amoa. Numerous pocket parks provide not only recreational amenities, but also spaces that foster social activities such as vegetable gardens, orchards, plazas and multi-purpose lawn areas. Sustainable approaches to storm water management is addressed through bioswales, rain gardens, and several detention ponds throughout the site. In addition, predominantly indigenous plant palette was used to better suit the environment.
