This leisure condominium neighborhood will be comprised of six low-rise buildings, with a central landscape area with trails, a vegetable garden, coffee orchard, swimming pools, and playground. Complementing this is a quaint commercial village of organic bistros, specialty boutiques, and coffee shops underneath towering Narra and Mango trees. The terrain is gently undulating and drains onto a creek that traverses the site. It is thickly vegetated with a mix of native species such as the Tibig and introduced fruit trees. Much effort was made in preserving the natural drainage ways and vegetation, with the buildings and roads gently treading over land.
