Part of the mixed-use development that will include four residential towers, the retail plaza is intended to reflect the dynamic vibe of Cebu City. Solinea will feature upscale retail shops and restaurants, wrapping the development along Cardinal Rosales Avenue, with a main plaza as its core. It will be a unique destination with al fresco dining set within an urban oasis of tropical planting, palm trees, and interactive water features.
