Kasa Luntian Phase II

Kasa Luntian Phase Two is an 11-hectare property directly adjacent to the first phase that was recently completed in 2016. Tucked away in a green patch of agricultural land, minimal disturbance to the landscape was first and foremost in the eyes of the design team. An existing creek cuts the property into a northern and southern parcel, and much effort was given to preserve the riparian landscape through proper setbacks and sustainable stormwater management.  Eighteen low-rise structures will eventually comprise this leisure development that will take advantage of Tagaytay’s cool climate and the site’s rolling terrain by providing numerous outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and camping, together with productive uses such as vegetable and cut-flower gardens and coffee orchards.
